#1 New Start
This first package will include knowledge of the 7 levels of energetic profile that a person resonates in throughout their day, and how this may be working for you or against you. Awareness of how stress and Trauma/PTSD can influence your life and relationships and introduction to skills to remedy reactive historical survival triggers that are no longer helping you in the present time.
Also, introduction to the 5 love languages and 10 steps to discussing any issue to resolution and a better ability to communicate your needs.
New Start: 6 Coaching Sessions (once a week)

#2 Continue Forward
The reason to choose this package is, in life, we develop behavioral patterns from our past experiences that are no longer working for us. These sessions will be focused on changing those patterns to fit your current situation and life going forward to better serve you and your goals.
This second package will also include knowledge of the 7 levels of energetic profile that a person resonates in throughout their day, and how this may be working for them or against them.

The reason to choose this package is, to have a coach to lean on as your life challenges occur. I will be here for you as you grow and learn to live your life to the fullest. These sessions would be a place to share and help you focus on your goals while giving you the support, encouragement, and guidance you may need to live your life to your fullest potential.
This third package will include knowledge of the 7 levels of energetic profile that a person resonates in throughout their day, and how this may be working for them or against them.

Lasting Change: 24 Coaching Sessions (twice a month)

#4 Single Coaching Session
The reason for a single coaching session would be if you needed to discuss an issue your struggling with at that moment. I would be here in this session to help you gain the perspective to productively move forward with whatever was holding you back. A recharging or tune-up, if you will permit me to call it that. Available at this price only if you have been through and purchased a "Coaching Package". Pay and email or text me to set up a time to talk.
